Individual Therapy

As practitioners in Rational Emotive and Cognitive Behavior Therapy (RECBT), we work to deal with current problems and improve your thinking. In this process, you will work one-on-one with a trained mental health clinician in a safe, inclusive, and confidential environment.

Our therapy sessions allow individuals to explore their feelings, beliefs, and behaviors, work through challenging experiences, identify aspects of their lives that they would like to change, better understand themselves and those around them, set personal goals, and work towards desired change.
