“Youth is the best time. The way in which you utilize this period will decide the nature of coming years that lie ahead of you.”
Swami Vivekananda
As the world grapples with the current global pandemic, young adults are at an increasing risk of mental and emotional distress. The consequences of not addressing mental health concerns can often cause harm to individuals till much later on in their lives.
Hence, we, at Atha, felt the need to reach out to the youth in order to guide them to deal with their psychological problems through scientific, evidence and research-based psychotherapeutic tools (REBT, CBT and ACT) at affordable prices.
On National Youth Day, i.e., 12th January, 2021, Atha Centre for Psychotherapy and Training launched their flagship program called Project YOUth.
Project YOUth works on the principle ‘Psychotherapy for Change, Prevention and Transformation’
The aim of the project is to provide psychotherapeutic toolkits to enhance mental well-being of the youth (age range: 18 to 28 years) and help them build techniques that aid in self-transformation.
